Rates: $75 - $200
Rates are competitive to the area served and take into consideration education, training, experience and current insurance reimbursement rates in Maine.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment or the full cost of the session will be charged.
Fee Modifications:
Pro Bono and sliding scale modifications of the fee schedule are limited to severe financial hardship and determined by each individual case.

Telephone Calls/Consultations:
All telephone consults are billed at the rate of $150/hour with exception of the first 15 minutes, which are considered a professional courtesy.
Court Appearances:
Travel Reinbursement plus $150.00/hour and paid in advance.
Letter Writing and/or Completion of Forms:
$150.00/hour

Clients insured by companies not listed may be reimbursed by insurance plan only if part of the policy. Call insurance company to determine eligibility for reimbursement.
Benefits of Private Pay:
Choosing to pay privately out of pocket (without insurance) helps to ensure utmost confidentiality and privacy when working together, With private pay, medical records can not be released to any third party without consent. Also when using insurance a diagnosis must be provided and will be come part of your medical record. However if one chooses to pay privately or opt out of insurance plan, information about the nature of treatment and the issues discussed in session will remain safely between the provider and client. Thus, it is important to consider which option preferred prior to beginning treatment.
